Alenna brings a deep understanding of therapeutics to her yoga classes combining them with a gentle focus on alignment in yoga poses, maximizing strength and stretch. Her classes intricately weave ways to de-stress, as she infuses her personal life of being a busy mom, past sport injuries and living in persistent pain. Each class is intentionally designed to connect with breath, mind and body leaving students with a calmer essence and enhanced range of movement.
Being a yoga student, for over 20 years she has learned modifications to rehabilitate numerous injuries. When she is off her yoga mat, you can find her training for triathlons, hitting the slopes and rallying at local tennis courts.
