Anuschka has been teaching yoga since 2011. She practices various styles of yoga: Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and hot yoga, and combines elements of all in her teaching. She especially focuses on alignment cues (partly influenced by her profession as a chiropractor) and practicing safely while staying playful and increasing strength and flexibility.
In addition to yoga, she enjoys weight-lifting and running, as well as hiking and camping… but also reading, napping coffee, hanging out with friends, and volunteering as head trainer for her son’s community football team. This yogi Mom loves heat and sweating her butt off in a hot yoga class, but can also be found standing at the sidelines in the pouring rain and patching up all her football boys. There’s probably balance in that 🙂
