This class is appropriate for any fitness level from beginner to advanced and focuses on our belted Kickboxing program criteria.
Students will improve their own conditioning and fitness levels as they advance through the program. Students will learn self-defense and offense techniques and hold targets for each other in applied training and therefore some contact is possible.
Taught in a non-threatening and friendly environment, we encourage all women and men interested in improving their fitness level to participate. Classes are on average 50/50 female/male with ages 12 to 65. There are five Youth through Adult and two Teen through Adult classes offered per week.
This is the class to take to get started on a Martial Arts fitness program.
