Currently taught within our Kickboxing program, beginner to advanced Muay Thai techniques are taught, expect some contact in this class. This class is appropriate for any fitness level however there is an emphasis on the conditioning and fitness levels required to advance in this sport. Students will also learn some self-defense techniques and hold targets for each other in applied training.
Taught in a non-threatening and friendly environment we encourage women, men and teens interested in improving their fitness level to participate.
