Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that emphasizes ground fighting and submission holds to control and defeat an opponent. You'll learn to control and submit opponents in a friendly and challenging environment.
Here we teach children self-defense, discipline, and physical fitness through ground-fighting techniques and stand up striking. Kids will build their confidence and develop a solid foundation in their training regardless of their skill level.

Each class is taught by experienced instructors committed to providing a safe, supportive, and challenging environment. Whether you’re looking to start a new hobby, get fit, or train competitively, we have something for everyone.
For your trial, there’s no need to bring any special equipment. We provide all the necessary gear, including gloves and any other required protective equipment. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Once you’re ready to join regularly, we can guide you on any specific equipment you might want to purchase for your training.
We offer classes 7 days a week with Kickboxing 5 times a week and Jiu Jitsu 4 times a week in the evenings. See our schedule here!
