For your trial, there’s no need to bring any special equipment. We provide all the necessary gear, including gloves and any other required protective equipment. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Once you’re ready to join regularly, we can guide you on any specific equipment you might want to purchase for your training.
We offer classes 7 days a week with Kickboxing 5 times a week and Jiu Jitsu 4 times a week in the evenings. See our schedule here!
