Cory brings over 30 years of martial arts experience to Infinity Mixed Martial Arts. A Certified Muay Thai Instructor since 2008, Cory’s background spans MMA, Muay Thai, and wrestling-based striking, making him one of the most versatile and experienced coaches in the field.
Over his career, Cory has competed in both amateur and professional MMA and Muay Thai, earning multiple medals at events including the Western Canadians and Tiger Balm Internationals. He also developed his own unique system of No-Gi ground-and-pound wrestling integrated with Thai striking, refining it through decades of training, competition, and coaching.
As the Head of Infinity’s Competition Team, Cory is dedicated to developing the next generation of elite fighters. He leads students into Muay Thai and MMA events across the region, instilling discipline, composure, and a relentless drive to perform at their best.
Cory’s teaching goes beyond technique, he emphasizes strategy, mindset, and adaptability. His coaching philosophy is simple: blend your strengths, fortify your weaknesses, and always be ready for the fight.
