I understand that registration is only confirmed once payment has been received. I acknowledge that my child will be participating in physical activity and release Infinity MMA from liability as outlined in the waiver. I agree to all camp policies and understand spots are limited.
Spots are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Camp runs from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily.
Drop-off is between 8:45–9:00 AM.
Pick-up is required no later than 3:30 PM.
If someone other than the parent/guardian is picking up the child, prior written notice is required.

Please notify us of any allergies, medications, or medical concerns upon registration.
Children showing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, contagious symptoms) must stay home.
First aid will be administered for minor injuries, and parents will be contacted immediately if needed.
Respectful behavior toward staff and peers is expected at all times.
Inappropriate behavior or failure to follow camp rules may result in removal from activities or dismissal from camp (no refund will be issued).
Campers are expected to participate in all scheduled activities unless medically exempt.
Photos/videos may be taken during camp activities for promotional use.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the camp start date are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before camp begins are non-refundable, regardless of reason. No credits or refunds will be issued for missed days or early pick-ups once camp has started.
